Services

We provide professional, positive-reinforcement-based canine behaviour therapy and training in Geelong and Melbourne, Victoria, including in-home lessons, community-based training and behaviour modification.

Booking, payment and refunds

Booking a session reserves Ben's time exclusively for you. Payment is arranged directly with Ben (for example NAB Tap to Pay, cash, PayPal or iPay). We do not accept or process payments through this website.

All lesson purchases are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered case by case. Package pricing is a discount and not a guarantee of how many lessons your dog will need. Where an assessment fee is credited toward a package, the package must be bought within 24 hours of the assessment.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations incur a $25 fee.

No guarantee of results

Results cannot be guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your dog's history, environment and your participation in the training plan.

Acknowledgement

By booking a session you agree to these terms.
